Our 24V Heat Sequencer Relay is designed to work with 24V heating applications, including hydronic heating.

Our 24V Heat Sequencer Relay is a two-pin relay with a contact rating of 5A at 250 VAC. This heat sequencer relay has been designed for heating circuits using one stage heaters that operate at 115/230/400/440/480V.

York heat sequencer relays are used in applications requiring switching loads powered by 24VAC power sources. These heat sequencer relays are designed to switch loads in response to one or more control signals. They can be used in many heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) applications. This heat sequencer relay also contains pass-through contacts for further energy savings in heating applications

The York Heat Sequencer Relay allows continuous/intermittent control of up to five heating devices (HEQC/G, HEQY/Y, HEQD/D, HEPK3 & HEPK4 thermostatic valves) with independent on/off times and temperatures via the thermostat. This is accomplished by connecting an electrical failure detector or reset-logic device to the Heat Sequencer Relay (HSEQY). The HSEQY is designed to operate with 24V heating systems.

The York Heat Sequencer Relay is a compact design utilizing 3 SPDT micro-switches to control up to three heating circuits. It along with a 24VAC transformer will activate 240 Volt electric heaters to provide the correct amount of heat to individual rooms or process areas. The sequencer can be wired for any period from 1 minute to 9 hours and has a built in manual override function by pushing the push buttons. Each circuit has a separate control panel for proportional control of each heater.

The York Heat Sequencer is designed with a socket, control cable and two activation cable receptacle to make connecting wire easier. The Heat Sequencer is for use with any standard thermostatic valve and liquid filled heaters and has a supervisory LED status indicator. The unit comes complete with a 24 VAC power supply and wiring diagram.
