Heat Relay

The Heat Relay II is a single zone pre-heat system that brings the cold water into the pool from the source, circulates it through your heat exchanger and returns it to the pool. This unique combination of multiple passes, high flow, and optimized heating element design creates more contact time, providing up to double the heating efficiency as compared to traditional heating systems.

The Heat Relay Zone Valve is designed to sense heating or cooling demand in a zone. It automatically provides the heating or cooling required continuously. The valve can be directly connected to the supply load within the heating and/or cooling loop. The Heat Relay senses the supply load within the heat/cooling loop and automatically switches between heating and cooling as needed, constantly maintaining an ideal temperature range for the space.

The York Heat Relay is a thermal control device designed to transfer heat from one network to another, or from ambient to another network. It transfers the heat from one network to another using the NTC Thermistor Sensor. The Non-Programmable Heat Relay can be used for equipment heating and on/off control of Standby/Hot Water Boiler, Gas Boiler, Oil Boiler, Chillers, Chiller Pumps and other similar applications. The Heat Relay kit features 4-20 mA analog output for remote device monitoring and diagnostic function.

This Heat Relay is used on York furnaces to replace your fan limit switch and turn off the blower motor during No Heat and call for heat conditions

The York Heat Relay is designed to integrate with the York Heating System offering variable thermostats and temperature settings. It provides heating and heating/cooling profiles that are adjustable between users. -----------

A Heat Relay for Gas Heating Systems. This Relay should be used with a water or steam boiler system, where the condensing water line will be located within 4 1/2" of the center of the gas valve. The wire from this terminal goes to the pilot orifice of a gas valve.
